"It was a beautiful room with luxurious robes, (even little slippers that I only noticed when I was leaving lol.) I loved seeing the post cards and stationary in the room binder. A lot of attention to details throughout the rooms and building. Check in and out was friendly and efficient. Bed was Super comfortable. We didn’t use the breakfast service that was included but we did go look at it. We were impressed by all that it offered not just cereal and toast. Would highly recommend and stay there again when we’re back in Charlottetown. "

"Rooms were lush, great sleep on a plush bed. Breakfast was amazing, and staff was very friendly and efficient. Fresh daily cookies and coffee/tea always available. Great location. This will definitely be my go-to in Charlottetown!"

"The staff were beyond accommodating and friendly when we had to make adjustments to our stay. The rooms were fantastic and equipped with all items needed - they even brought us a microwave without asking. Also, the Vanilla scented toiletries were the best hotel toiletries I’ve ever used!"

"Rooms very nice warm and clean , all though the up stairs out side access needs to be fixed, if you forget you key card ya gotta go to your room to get it , or if ya loose it your stuck up stairs … aside from that very good spot ."

"Honestly stayed there during a snow storm. amenities were amazing!!. Got to enjoy just Hotel. Staff were very kind and accommodating!! Will be back . Highly recommended!!!"
