Clean comfy room, bathroom was clean, supplies to make morning coffee/tea Only complaint would be that they had only 1 working elevator on Chico graduation weekend.

Was a wonderful two month stay owners are responsive and helpful. Lots of wildlife a quiet area.house was equipped and comfortable.

Comfortable accommodations for 4 adults. We appreciated the kitchen with the full sized refrigerator and oven.
