The location was ok. Rooms were clean and spacious. My only issues were the size and number of pillows for a king bed (king sized pillows would be nice), the number of towels for two people and the shower temperature was scalding. We asked for more pillows and towels and were told no problem. Came back in the evening and there were no extra towels nor pillows.

Last time I was in Toronto I stayed at Shangr La. 8 years later I stayed and nothing changed. Great staff, clean in and out. Convenient location for tourism, fine dining, and great views. I dont think I want to stay anywhere else when i visit again.

Great week end with the familly for a concert à Roger Center. Perfectly located to walk everywhere downtown. The staff was great with easy valet parking. Nice room and comfy bed for a decent price. We will go back there for sure when we return to Toronto.
