"The room was clean and the five pools were wonderful!"

"The property is beautiful. We picked the wrong time to go as the sargassum was bad and the odor took some getting used to. Use of the kayaks and paddle boards was not possible due to this but that isn’t the fault of the resort. The buildings are a bit run down but the bed was comfy. The kitchen could have been stocked better as far as dishes, pans etc., but we didn’t plan to cook so wasn’t an issue for us. The daily breakfast was great!! Overall, very happy with our stay and would choose to stay here again just at a different time of year."

"Housekeeping did a nice job and the staff was very helpful. The amenities are very nice, but we could not enjoy the beach 3/5 days of our vacation due to the algae in the water. It was disappointing to pay full price for things we could not use and we had no warning of the odor in the entire property either."

"The room was nice and clean! The food is really good. The problems we had were a lot of waiting for things. Really rude male bartender who wore sunglasses and acted like anyone ordering from him was an issue and basically ignored us at one point until another patron told him we were there first. (Mind you, we were two moms and two 9 year old girls…not like annoying drunks or something). The longer haired bartender was amazing and so accommodating. Things just moved slowly. Finding a towel at the hotel side of the pool at nighttime was impossible. The place is set up for a great resort…but just a few things that could be fixed."
