Spacious villa for 12 with heated infinity pool and 180° sea view, located in Tarco, just 10 minutes from Ste Lucie de Porto Vecchio and Pinarellu. The villa features a large living area opening onto expansive terraces (300m²) and 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms spread over several levels, ideal for multi-generational family stays or groups of friends to enjoy together while maintaining privacy.



The property

This large, secluded villa faces the sea, set in a 3,500m² garden with maquis trees, olive trees, and fruit trees. Ideally located opposite the sea, only 15 minutes from Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio and Pinarellu, and 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of southern Corsica. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 with en-suite bathrooms, and 2 separate toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 dishwashers, a large fridge, Nespresso machine, microwave oven, large cooktop, and modern appliances, plus a practical pantry/laundry room.



The villa offers privacy and comfort, surrounded by 300m² of terraces, including a large wooden deck by the pool and two private upstairs terraces with sea views. The heated infinity pool (15m x 5m x 1.8m) is secured by an electric cover and heated from April 1st to autumn holidays. The enclosed, landscaped park features a pétanque court, ping-pong area, and charcoal BBQ. At the end of the lane, you can rent a seaside tennis court and kayaks. Bed linen and towels are available for €15 per person.
