"Wonderful venue for family of 20 celebrating a golden anniversary! Enjoyed resort level accommodations with every comfort, spa, dining outdoors and inside, chef’s kitchen, pool table/etc in well equipped game room and deck with great grill, Adirondack chairs and fire « globe » for gathering in the evening. RECREATION CENTER WITH POOL OPTIONS AND OTHER AMENITIES CERTAINLY WORTH THE ENTRY FEE. Consensus was that the central location was convenient « 20 minutes from just about everything. ». Great bonding experience had by all!"

"The house was large enough for our extended family gathering of 20 people. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and extra space for everyone to enjoy. The large laundry room was a nice surprise and super helpful. The location was great. It was a little hard to get the house and some of the bedrooms cool but we were able to open some windows in the evenings to try and help. We had a wonderful time at the home and would recommend it for large gatherings."

"We loved our time at Coyote Fork; however, we were disappointed in the pillows and bedding provided. When we reached out for more, we were simply told there weren't any. Also were disappointed that the amenities were only available if you paid a daily fee per person."

"The place was great! My boys loved it! Great deck and view, very roomy. The owner was super nice! The property management company was a bit overwhelming with all their messages, completing a ten page lease, wanthing the place inspected upon arrival, sending id, pictures, etc. Never experienced anything like it in all my years of travel. It was a short vacation stay, not a move in for a year! Once I asked them to quit messaging me it felt like vacation again."

"This condo was very well equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The communication with host was excellent. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Everything was labeled and there was a book with lots of information about things to do and see as well as directions on how to use everything in the condo. The location was outstanding with stores close by and a short drive to Lake Tahoe. We visited in the summer and enjoyed hiking and biking nearby. We would definitely stay here again!"
