In Comps, in the golden triangle between Nîmes, Avignon and Arles, this charming air-conditioned loft with solar panels and swimming pool can comfortably accommodate 2 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a large living room opening directly onto the pool, a fully-equipped kitchenette, an open-plan bedroom area overlooking the pool and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 45 m² living room with a loft-style industrial chic decor, double sofa bed and dining area
- A small kitchen with counter, including electric kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge with freezer.
- An open-plan pool-access bedroom area with a double bed and TV (Orange TV and Netflix).
- A shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC

Outside:
- A 4.50 x 2.20 m city swimming pool (unheated) available all year round. It is protected by a cover with bars. The pool is open at all times and lit in the evening. Opening dates non-contractual.
- A shared garden of around 600 m² with the owners, comprising three terraces: one in front of the pool with a dining table, a shaded terrace with private garden furniture and a solarium with 2 deckchairs and a pergola for outdoor dining, even when it's raining. All unoverlooked.

For even greater comfort, the following additional facilities are available: washing machine, barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron, raclette and fondue machine, air fryer, board games.

The accommodation is located in the golden triangle of Nîmes Avignon Arles, about 25 km from each town. Comps is a small Provencal village 10 minutes from the Pont du Gard. You'll be close to all the essential shops.

Activities: cultural visits, greenway, hiking or cycling, canoeing and kayaking nearby.
