「Average hotel and average experience. It is a fair way from the airport and very difficult to access without a car (we used an Amtrack, then a bus, then had to walk with luggage for about 8 minutes). It has no restaurant and basic facilities.」

「The stuff was so great. The ladies who checked us in and the shuttle driver were so friendly and kind.」

「Close to interstate, good dining and shopping! Great breakfast! Spotless bathroom.」

「I arrived around midnight and had to wait (and call hotel inquiring) for shuttle. Wait was more than 25 minutes, advertised as 15. Frustrating because it was so late at night after a very long flight and we could see the hotel about a block in the distance but it wasn't accessible by walking. Other than that, it was a very lovely stay. Thankfully they were able to accommodate my late checkout request, having arrived so late. And after spending a month in Asia, I was so hungry for some American...

「There was no micro wave in the first room room 403. The guest on the 4th floor were yelling loudly at 2 AM while I was trying to sleep. There were no towels in the pool area, and no towels were brought even after alerting the staff. The banquet rooms had extremely loud music on Saturday Afternoon so my room had to be moved from the 4th floor to the 11th floor. Won't use your hotel again.」

「Perfect spot minutes from our son outside the city yet close to stores and restaurants . Even tho your across from mall you’re secluded and it’s quiet」

「Rooms are a dated but the property is clean . Rooms are comfortable with all essentials needed for the stay. Great customer service from the staff . Excellent value for the price!!」
