「What an amazing experience! I am from the uk and stayed here one night making use of the spa, shisha lounge and dining room. I loved everything about this place. From the decor to the cleanliness, the experience was unreal. I would like to highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering coming here.」

「I was supposed to stay here for four nights, but I had to bail early because the experience was honestly exhausting. It started with the breakfast; I was promised a buffet, but because the hotel was mostly empty, they just served the same three items two days in a row. Unfortunately, I ended up with a bad case of food poisoning after eating there. Things went from bad to worse when I realized some of my personal items had been stolen. 「Thank you very much for the great service. It was great help to be able to early check in while we were tired of over night train journey. The service of the front desk was excellent..」

「Clean, great location, and very friendly staff. Overall excellent for the price paid. Recommend and will stay again. 」

「The general manager is a cheater. He will take cash instead of taking cards because he want to charge extra. Places and the furnitures are very old and swimming pool was so dirty. So Expensive but no fun at all! Do not waste your money please !」

「This was our first time in Bangladesh and the hotel staff was very helpful and supportive. The hotel room and everything was excellent. The front desk staff were always available when we needed something. Overall, our experience was very good. Thank you !!」

「I stay one night and in my Opinion this is good hotel and chep and clen. And the room is not a vip and not very good」

「Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. 」
