The apartment is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs (no elevator), and features air conditioning for maximum comfort in every season. Inside, there is a spacious bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, and a full bathroom—ideal for accommodating up to 4 people.

The bedroom features a double bed, perfect for resting after a long day. The rooms are bright and comfortable, with a closet, dresser, and nightstands to store your personal belongings. If needed, the room can easily accommodate a baby crib, perfect for little ones.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. You can enjoy quick breakfasts or prepare a leisurely dinner to enjoy in the dining area, which features a convenient extendable table.

The bathroom is modern and fully equipped, with a shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and hair dryer. You’ll also find fresh towels and personal care products.

If you need extra space, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed (140x200 cm), which offers an additional place to sleep or relax while watching TV or reading a book. The beds are made with fresh linens by the staff.

This apartment is ideal for couples, families, or small groups looking for comfortable and well-located accommodations. You can park your car in the on-site parking lot and enjoy the beauty of Como and its lake with a 10-minute walk.

In order to comply with local regulations, we charge the tourist tax (City of Como—Regulations for the Application of the Tourist Tax, Art. 2). Operators of lodging facilities in the Municipality of Como are required to collect a tax of €3 at check-in from guests who are not registered as residents of the Municipality of Como, for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights (children up to 14 years of age are exempt).

Please note that documents or copies thereof will be requested to record the personal information of all guests staying at the property (first name, last name, date of birth, ID card/passport number, nationality, and country of residence). In Italy, Article 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security (TULPS) requires operators of lodging facilities to report guests’ personal information to the authorities.
