"Great hotel, by the lake. We stayed in the panoramic room and it was gorgeous. Breakfast was good, spa area wasn't crowded end of March, we even had a couple of massages. Great place to disconnect and enjoy nature."

The location was perfect - close to downtown shopping and within driving distance to many attractions and points of interest. "The lodge is in a beautiful setting and staff were very helpful. It was a bit remote from the main part of Bariloche, and driving in and out through the security gate was a mess. We were stopped and questioned nearly every time we entered and exited, even though they had all of our documentation and face recognition data on hand. Their system needs a serious update."
