"We stay at this particular hotel a lot when visiting family. We normally have no complaints. But our toilet seat was broken and not easy to go to the bathroom on, to be honest. We reported it to the front desk and was told the maintenance person was off till the following day. But the seat was never fixed. We were there for 3 days. We also only had one towel a piece for 3 days and no new towels were provided. I feel like if we are there more than a day or longer, we should be provided fresh...

"Our goal was a 1 night stay, we paid around 80$ and we wanted clean,safe and comfortable place. The showers were hot and the AC was cold! Bed was good. The room.was clean and passed our dust test better than some chain hotels. The hotel could use100 % an upgrade but did that affect my night . The shower and the shower curtain was clean. Ice machine looked broken and icky but overall it met my goal and we are off to the next part of our trip!"
