"The front desk clerk for check in was extremely nice. We had a nice conversation going, everytime I passed through. The room was nice. Cleaning could have had a little improvement. Mirrors was ick. Headboard looked like it could stand to be wiped. Sheets had stains couldn't tell if they was a permanent stain or not. I am picky and notice every little detail so i could be bias. Overall it was clean with the many rooms they have to clean in a time limit. Water in shower was hot. Room was cool. Barely any noise although it was close to the hwy. I never went to breakfast so I can't give a review on that. Overall I would choose this hotel again if the hotel I normally stay at wasn't available. "

"Staff were very friendly and front desk staff at check- in were excellent, however, the bathroom ceiling was moldy. The little shmpoo bottle was empty and overall condition of the room was subpar. Discolored spots, stains on the walls and mismatched touch up paint spots."

"The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. Check-in was slow but it appeared to be complicated software. The room and bathroom were clean. Third floor elevator request button would not light so I could never be sure the elevator was coming. The bed was comfortable but I really wish hotels would provide a few pillows with volume as opposed to puffy pillows that flatten as soon as they are put to use."

"Listen, this was the best hotel I have stayed in recently (and I've stayed in several from California to New York). My husband and I were visiting for one night. Antais checked us in. He is the perfect person for this job. He was professional and personable with such a refreshing attitude and genuine smile. Our room was clean and very comfortable & quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. The entire setup was absolutely terrific as were the employees. When trying to open our door for the first time after checking in, it didn't take right away. A house keeper standing nearby asked "Ya got it?" and once we did, she just smiled and wished us a good evening ~ so kind. When getting a second cup of coffee at breakfast, the employee stated a fresh batch was brewing and it'll be out in 4 minutes which was perfect. Upon checking out, the lady was so kind and professional. We truly felt welcomed and so comfortable during our stay. We will be back, there's no doubt about it! Thank you for renewing my faith in the service industry with people who exemplify quality, character, and kindness. Kudos to all!! You made our weekend super special."

"Wow, what a nice and relaxing cabin, we enjoyed the large deck and the view of the river.The location is perfect, close to town with great shops and food options, but secluded and quiet.I would recommend to family and friends."
