We were given a smaller suite than what we paid for; there were suspicious stains & such on the walls in the bathroom and "kitchen" area. Only 1 towel and washcloth for 2 people that were staying there. It also seemed like they cleaned the "hardwood" floor with dirty dishwater. Do with that as you please if you plan on staying here.

Pretty much bare room with a single mattress on top of a metal frame. One little pillow, no comforter (but a thin acrylic blanket that you had to ask for), one little towel. The whole building is smoked through. No hangers, no shower curtains. Broken doors. Outside noise is not blocked. Expedia price was not honored. Front desk is closed between 11pm and 7am. The one good thing-staff was pretty courteous and definitely pretty calm, considering that so many guests had complaints. Stay away

Terrible experience! The entire hotel had a horrible odor, and the room was filthy. Stained towels and linens, dirty walls, and completely unsanitary conditions. I checked in and immediately checked out because I refused to let my child stay there. I was promised a full refund and still haven't received it! Unprofessional staff who won't even answer the phone. Absolutely unacceptable! I would NOT recommend this hotel!

Any port in the storm. I had no pillow cases on my pillows last night and had to go to the office this mornng to request same as my room phone does not work and no one answered when I called via my cell phone.

When checking in I was told to “check the room to see if I wanted to stay there first.” Not a good sign when you’re trying to check into a hotel. The hotel was extremely dirty. Walked into a non smoking room but it had the strongest smell of cigarettes. Broken doors and locks. The bed was a cot. There was also dead bugs on the floor. I was uncomfortable to even sit down in the room yet alone sleep there. Told the staff member I would not be staying there. Was just told that they were sorry but thank you. The pictures posted are definitely old, because the rooms do not look like that now.

Rug has never been cleaned. The mattress was awful. I was treated horribly when I arrived and charged a higher price than what was quoted by Expedia. I was told I could leave if I didn’t pay the higher price. I was required to provide a deposit . After almost two weeks week deposit was finally refunded but I had to get my credit card company involved. I called the hotel but never get an answer . May be the worst hotel experience ever

When I got there, it was late so I was driving after hours so after midnight and there was no one at the front desk I waited a while before anyone came out to greet me. When I was finally getting in my room, it smelled like an ashtray. there was a hole in the bathroom door. Place just didn’t look clean and felt sticky. I checked out the next morning and booked a new hotel and I was not refunded any of my stay.

Good stay, great management. Funky smell throughout the place but that’s a hotel for ya. Rooms were nice, cheap rates, beds could be a little larger though.

It is definitely a get what you pay for hotel. Random stuff in the room was falling apart like the dresser, the beds felt like sleeping on cardboard, you only get two flat pillows per bed. We spilled some water on the ground and used our hotel towels to soak it up and when we picked the towels back up, they were completely brown. The location is nice because of how close to everything it is. Internet doesn’t like to connect sometimes and will also tell you that you have too many devices on it. By far not the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but I probably won’t rebook this one. It’ll do for a cheap place if you don’t have many other options.

The faucet in the kitchen keeps dripping. The phone don’t work so can’t call in or out the room. Other than that the stay was great. Even extended our stay.
