The Southern Orchards Cottage - 2 BR

Summary:
The Southern Orchards Cottage is the perfect spot stay for your extended stay while in Columbus. This small cozy home is stocked, furnished, and all utilities are included. It is well stocked and suited so you just need to bring your suitcase, but you can also bring your own stuff.

We are just a few minutes from downtown, and close to many new spots in Southern Orchards and German Village and Olde Towne East. Our house includes a fenced in back yard for you and your pets to enjoy!

The Space:
Our house is very clean, and recently updated. This small home is well suited for short term housing. It is furnished will all needed items. It is modern, and basic, with plenty of room for you to bring your items, and make it your home away from home!

Guest Access:
Guests will not have access to the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Southern Orchards is close to Downtown Columbus and very close to Children's Hospital. Many new things are opening in this area, and we are happy to help point in you in the direction you are seeking.

Getting Around:
Lyft and Uber are great from our location. COTA bus system is close by, and we are a great location for exploring the city by car.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)

The Housepitality hosting team is a full time crew of professionals that work together to provide an excellent experience for our guests. We are out and about all the time helping guests, and we are thrilled when we get a chance to help make someone's trip special. Just reach out at anytime!
