Take delight in our spacious 3 bedroom/1.5 bath home in a convenient Old North location - only 1 block off High Street! Quick walk to excellent restaurants, bars, music venues, entertainment venues, the central bike trail - all in a quiet, historically unique neighborhood.
Only 1 mile to the OSU football stadium for game day! Our home also allows for place to play with a game room and backyard with firepit.
Our updated 1900's home is only one block off High Street. This allows for experiencing our home and large fenced in yard in a quiet and unique neighborhood, and access to exploring restaurants, bars, music and entertainment venues on foot.
We are located just north of the Ohio State University, distance to the Ohio Stadium is only 1 mile. Easy access to downtown - only 10 minutes by vehicle.
There are also numerous transportation options - bus, ride-hailing services, scooters and quick access to the central bike trail.
We offer 4 parking spots directly behind our home, secured by cameras.
Our home provides guests with:
• Spacious and fully functional and equipped kitchen with seating for 4
• Spacious and brightly decorated and comfortable living room and dining room/game room with seating for 8, each with 2 large televisions
• 3 large bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen size bed, one with an additional daybed
• Half bath is perfectly located on the main floor, and the full bathroom is located upstairs for close proximity to the bedrooms
• 2 peaceful outdoors spaces - a screened patio on the front and a large backyard with a fire pit and space to play
• Opportunity to bring up to 2 well behaved, house-trained dogs for an additional fee of $50
• This cozy retreat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
