We stayed for 3 days - there were 7 of us in the house, all adults. The Good1. The booking process was smooth, and the communication with the management company was good.2. The location in Columbus was centrally located.3. The appliances seemed new, and the WiFi was great. The Bad1. We named this house the "Temu House" because everything that could be cheap was. The barstools were wobbly and/or broken. The kitchen table was wobbly, and so were the chairs. The towel bars were either broken or about to break. The toilet paper holders were either broken or about to break.2. The house was very dirty when we arrived. The floors were sticky, there was a big grease stain on the kitchen ceiling above the stove, it hadn't been swept or vacuumed, and one of the upstairs bedrooms smelled of cat urine. There was a constant struggle of opening windows to let the smell out and closing them for silence and privacy.3. There was no silverware or coffee cups in the house the first morning. They did bring some later in the day, but that first morning was rough.4. If you are planning on cooking, bring your own pots and pans if you want to cook anything other than very simple items. For example, there is no stock pot for pasta, no large pot for soup, or anything like that. There are a few frying pans, but nothing of significance.5. There were several electrical outlets that weren't working.6. There is no dining table. For a group of 7, this was an issue.
