Some initial communication problems when we first booked, but once we made contact, Wes was great. Very accommodating. The house is as good as the pictures show it to be. They have done a great job of anticipating just about every need. Tons of games, meal prep and eating utensils, tons of leftover condiments, barware, travel cups, clean towels, and even bottled water.There are two full bathrooms, but unfortunately, one is downstairs, disconnected from the bedrooms. The one upstairs connecting the two rooms is a little small for multiple adults, but the 2nd option is key. Rooms are good size w/ plenty of room to move around in. Beds are comfy. Definitely bring a sleep mask as there is both a skylight and a stained glass window that do not have any coverings; main windows have blinds, but even those aren't the best. VERY close to Short North drag on High Street. Great for options to eat, drink, shop, but at night, you can definitely hear the party going on without you. Very walkable to OSU for game day (if you're cheering the other team though, be prepared for a 1.5m hike if non-stop, fairly aggressive harassment). There is a Kroger a short walk/drive for everything; liquor is sold next door at the Kroger liquor store. There are a ton of STRs but there is a still a lot of run-down buildings. Parking in the back is nice. No incidents, but a lot of foot traffic coming off High Street.Overall, good stay.
