Summary:
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This unit is in reach to The Ohio State campus and is just a mile walk to The Shoe. Enjoy Buckeye game days and be within all of the action! These renovated apartments will make your trip that much better!

The Space:
This 2 bed, 1 bath unit was recently renovated and provides a luxury feel throughout the unit. You will feel right at home while entertaining and feeling cozy at night!

Guest Access:
There is a lockbox on the patio to easily access the unit.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is in the perfect location as High Street (half a mile) , Downtown Columbus (2.5 miles), The Shoe (1 mile) and Ohio State campus (half a mile) are all right around the corner.

Getting Around:
Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking.

Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Awesome location, close to everything ( especially if you enjoy the nite life ).. unit was clean and the kitchen and washer and dryer is definitely a nice bonus when staying somewhere for a week 👌

Great communication from the host and we really appreciated that this place was in a nice leafy area, we got a glimpse of the local uni culture ( fascinating for travelling Australians) as it in the uni district, and it was walking distance to a busy road with shops, food, Gateway cinema.

Lovely space be in! A mix up in reservation at the beginning and was quickly fixed in a 10 minute span! Great service! Internet was a little wonky and I couldn’t find the broom. But SPECTACULAR space!

Apt is close to campus, in the heart of student housing. Can be very loud on the weekends, however this place met all of our needs for a quick trip for a football game

This is a nice small 2 bedroom apartment with parking included. Comfortable beds. It is right in the heart of off campus housing so be prepared for it to be loud. It didn’t bother us but could bother some. It was nice to be in walking distance to my daughter’s sorority house. Only problem we had is that there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom.

Location is great for game day. It’s in the middle of student housing, so it was pretty loud at night with a lot of parties late into the night. No big deal — that’s what the location is. My disappointments were the building has tons of lights around it, I’m assuming for security, which is good. However, the window coverings were minimal, so it was super bright at night and difficult to sleep. I’d expect some light blocking shades for the windows to account for that. There were a few light bulbs missing in the interior lights. And the o lay lock on the door was a deadbolt — didn’t “feel” super secure. Overall, it was fine. Perfect location , disappointing, otherwise. We booked for two night but loved to a hotel for the second night in order to get some sleep.

Students were moving out and had overfilled the trash dumpster. Our little bit of trash still got. They also were loudly celebrating early, but didn't bother my sleep.
