• Dedicated street parking available for 1 vehicle in the front of the home. Additional street parking where permitted available on a first come, first served basis.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras. The first is located at the front of the building, actively monitoring the walkway into the unit. The second is located at the back of the building, actively monitoring the walkway and yard. The third is located at the side entrance for Unit 2 (#98), actively monitoring the walkway into unit 2.
• This home is a sister unit to German Charm 2. You may see other guests coming and going during your stay. Larger groups are encouraged to book the combined/parent unit of German Charm Suites, providing access to both units.
