The hotel was nice the problem is they didn’t let us know the pool wasn’t open until we got there and that was our reason for getting that hotel… I believe we should have gotten a discount

Rooms were clean. Laundry was broke so we had to go to a laundry mat. Pool was closed so we couldn't enjoy that. Building was undergoing a partial remodel.
