"I chose this hotel for my stay because of the amenities but I was very disappointed. The hotel pool and hot tub were dirty and the heat did not work. There was trash all over the outdoor areas of the hotel, as if it were challenging to take out the trash receptacles. The elevator was not working for the entire stay. Workers were working so hard to bring laundry up and down the stairs in black trash bags. The hotel was warm overall, and the rooms had the thermostats set to return to 79* every few hours. I woke up in the middle of the night every night to being sweaty. The breakfast in the morning was lacking usual things. The bar was severely under-stocked. I have stayed here before and enjoyed it but they are under new management which apparently is only concerned with cutting costs. I will never stay here again. "

"Amber was great … because she responded to questions almost immediately and we felt cared for. The house was awesome … because it was clean, organized and the attention to detail was obvious. The breakfast snacks, English muffins, bagels and cream cheese were thoughtful. Overall, the house definitely added to our memorable weekend."
