「Very good location central to Golden. The host was very helpful when I had to modify the dates of the reservation during the authorized period to do so. Not too many apartments with kitchen within center of town. Do not expect a five star location, but apartment is clean with all you need for a long stay; also close to grocery, restaurants, hiking, etc.」

「The outside of the property looked run down and sketchy. Thought we were in the wrong place. The inside has been remodeled and was better. Laundry is in another building. The owner seems nice and explained that they are working on the property. 」
