「I honestly liked everything about this hotel.. I’ve been to many hotels in my life and honestly this might be my favorite one. Very convenient and staff was very polite.. I ate at 13 coins for breakfast which is apart of the hotel. 」
「Check in took longer as the staff person was on the phone dealing with a reservation. A line of 4 checkins was behind me and I was second in line. I don't blame the clerk she was doing her best. They should have someone to step up when this occurs

「The staff is friendly and the free breakfast is pretty good. Only issue might be location that it is near a fairly busy road within a dense apartment area. Oddly enough there are limited eateries within this complex. There are many resturants that are one exit north of complex but not walking distance. The closet MAX park and ride is fairly close but does not feel safe. There is a homeless encampment in the parking lot and feels very unsafe. Area near Portland downtown has a homeless issue...
「The check-in was nice and smooth. This location is much better than the one in Beaverton. The room is clean, everything looks brand new, very spacious, no bugs, and no clogged shower drain. I had trouble with my key card and Christine at the front desk helped resolve the issue. Thank you!!」
