Gustavo was a great host! He stayed in constant communication and his property was impeccable. Beds, pillows and sheets were so comfortable and the property was spotless. Neighborhood was quiet and safe as well. We will happily stay at this location again.

The place was nice and the owner was great. I suggested to the owner to put blinds in to cover every window for privacy and safety. He was thankful for my suggestions. The driveway was being repaired, so we had to park on the road. Other than that, it was a.great stay.

The house was clean and provided the essentials. The pictures were accurate to what we saw when we arrived. The backyard had not been mowed in some time, and the driveway was dug up and unusable... so utilizing the outdoors was not really an option. The furniture in the living room was not comfortable. But, for what we needed it for, it was accommodating and in an ideal location... nearly in between the airport and Fort Jackson.

We were in town for my daughter and her friend to attend a concert for her birthday. This property was centrally located to the arena, downtown and USC (went to a soccer game there). The house was beautifully renovated. It was just as listed. The master bathroom was amazing.Gus was very responsive and checked to ensure all was well.I had an issue with glass on the doors not being covered only because I watch too much ID channel. LOL!!I would definitely stay again and refer this property.
