The condition of the hotel was great! It was quiet and clean! The breakfast was a little iffy but that was okay. The staff was beyond wonderful!!!! SANGITA made our stay very personable and great!!! It was a great experience for us!

Clean hotel where th one flaw

Everything was clean check in customer service was great. The lady at the front desk really nice. The room was clean. The pillows is basically the only reason why they didn’t get five stars. I feel if I stay in a hotel and it’s just mainly to spend the night and get rest that the pillows should be a lot better ten lumps

Great Hotel; Sensitive Smoke Alarms

The hotel was very nice overall. The rooms, televisions, furniture, etc.. were updated and clean. My only complaint is the smoke detectors were easily set off from the shower steam. The fire alarms went off three times during my visit (with hotel staff having to come into my room two of those times) in the middle of me showering. It was very inconvenient that the detectors were so sensitive. I also wish there were more options for the continental breakfast. The days that I went, it was the same: sausage, eggs, and biscuits (as the hot options) along with your typical options such as yogurt, cereal, waffles, fruit, etc... It was a great hotel. I would stay again but they have to get those smoke detectors fixed. The staff was also friendly and flexible in making accommodations for the room.

I would definitely recommend this hotel! The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, they made you feel very welcomed., I loved that the hotel was so quiet. The room was very clean, spacious. No complaints at all!

The person working when we checked in was very nice. The next person not so much. Room was ok. Had a funny smell and the bed was very uncomfortable and the toilet was tiny. Food was ok and food service guy was very nice.

Area around the property seemed a little suspicious, but although our vehicles were parked on the side there was no trouble. The morning management was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was decent, including what would be expected for a hot breakfast.

The people behind the desk own the place. They look after you. Breakfast is better than most hotels. Room was dark and quiet and the refrigerator was cold. There were some bugs in our room. Not awful, but needs attention. Spoke to owner and this will be addressed. We will stay here again.

Good Quality for a Less Expensive Stay

Stayed here for the Pink Concert downtown. It was a little further than we had hoped, but it was still totally fine. We ubered to and from the hotel to downtown by USC campus. It was clean, the staff were super friendly. Beds were comfy and the pillows were actually good; and 4 per bed. Medium fridge and microwave in the room which were great. The towels were a bit thin, and not much shampoo or lotion; just tiny little bit. Didn't hear anyone else in the hotel, felt safe to leave my car as well. They do serve waffles etc, but we were too late getting up to try them. Seemed clean and fine. Had coffee out all day. Easy and friendly check in. I would stay there again.
