"We were able to check in early and the room was just so clean and spacious. Had an absolutely beautiful ocean view. Staff were so helpful and kind! You can use the shuttle to go go to a sister hotel (only downside is they don’t run late and the sister hotel has a club so you can use an uber or taxi but have to meet them at the security post for security purposes of course but staff offered a ride to take you to the security post). Would stay here again 100% and highly recommend! Also real close to downtown, you can walk through the beach side!"
"The hallway carpets were extremely dirty and made me nervous about the room. My room however was clean. Looks recently re-furnished but not remodeled. Staff was responsive and helpful when I needed a late check in and a new remote. Good breakfast choices and plenty of space to eat in the dining area or outdoor patio. I would certainly stay again."

"This Hotel is a definitely! 5 STAR CLEAN! The elevator can use some ligh and better airflow is dark and if you get 4/5 people in there no good.
It is very outdated with a lot of colonial art display all over the walls some painting are nice some??? Furniture The old school leather couch and your Mohegany furniture which is nice but it can use a little update.
Let's focus ON CLEANSES EXCELLENT!! ESPECIALLY THEIR SHOWERS, BATHROOM AND FLOORS. VERY QUITE YOU WILLLL GET SOME GOOD REST AC A BIT SLOW AT LEAST OURS WE HAD TO CHANGE SETTINGS QUITE OFTEN TO COOL IT DOWN. STAFF VERY NICE ."
"The best part of the stay is that the staff was wonderful---very friendly and very helpful.
We ate at Bin 89 and Cafe Aromas and really enjoyed the food.
However I would give this resort a 3 rating because the rooms are really old and tired, and expected basics are missing.
For example
There was no soap dish provided so the bar of soap sat on the bathroom counter in a goopy mess.
The light on the makeup mirror was not working ---this should have been checked before our arrival
There were no USB ports in the room"
