「少し草臥れた感じのコンドミニアムですが、さすがに広さは充分でゆっくりくつろげると思います。冬のカンファレンス参加者にとっては、雪の中をかろうじて歩ける範囲。（徒歩30分強）地図で見るよりもだいぶ時間がかかりますのでそのつもりで。（地図上の位置はチェックインする場所で、実際のコンドミニアムはそこからさらに南西に20分くらい歩いたエリアにあります。）　道路沿いではなく、シーズンズの中を突っ切ると30分ほどで歩けます。冬場は非常に寒いし路面が凍りますので足下に気をつけて。買い物、レストラン等は一切周辺にありません。もう少し予算があれば、会場近くのホテルをおすすめしますが、かろうじてなんとかなるエリアだと思います。」

「We specifically picked this condo for it's walkable distance to downtown Breck and pool/hot tub amenities..all of which were great. 「The view is just as advertised, only better in person! The condo is lovely; very clean & comfortable & well furnished with everything you need for a 2 week stay. The bed was so comfortable that I am going to buy the exact mattress for home! It’s very quiet, but accessible to anywhere you want to go. Ann is a wonderful, responsive host & I highly recommend this unit. We really enjoyed our stay in Steamboat because of this beautiful condo.」

「Nice condo for a family of 4. Well equipped kitchen. Close to the snowflake lift (5-min walk up 4 O’clock Rd), close to several bus stops, and a 5-minute walk from downtown. Our only complaint is there were approximately 17 thermostats in the unit, and none of the seemed to control anything. We’d definitely stay here again.」

「Overall, our stay good. Normally it would be a great location; downtown, close to resturants, but the street just outside of the apartment was torn up and the access was made more difficult. The other things that were not ready were the sheets were piled on the bed, and it was not made up, In addition, the tv remotes did not work. First, it was the one in the living room and after it was fixed the one in the bedroom quit working. 」
