"The house was bigger and nicer than I expected. The view is incredible! So fun spotting coatimundis and hummingbirds even from inside the house through the big windows all around. Raul was the most helpful and friendly host - he even pulled our car out of a ditch! Lillian's dinner was from heaven - perfect meal for our family after arriving from a long day of travel. "The house is as beautiful as the pictures, but our stay could have been a lot better. The pin that was sent is not the location of the house. The pin takes you past the house. There is no cell service where the house is (and the wifi is locked), so when we arrived, there was no way for us to access our email to get the entry code. We had to drive halfway down the mountain to get a code, then return and let ourselves in. There was no information - no maps, no instructions. We found the wifi...

"We loved it here. The family cabin (casa bamboo) was fantastic and there was loads of room for our party of nine to sleep. The walk to the waterfalls is included in your stay and it was really interesting with lots of waterfalls and hanging bridges on the way. You have to bear in mind that it is remote and you need to be transported to the accommodation using their 4x4's but you can just message them on WhatsApp and they come and get you instantly. So, if you are looking for an escape for a few nights I couldn't recommend it more!"
