Your mountain getaway on 30 pristine acres! Beautiful home with hottub, stream.

This mountain home sits on 30 beautiful, wooded acres just South of Hwy 24. It sits high on a hill above the abandoned Colorado Midland Railroad from the 1800’s. Nestled in the pines, it overlooks a stream with several Beaver ponds and visiting wildlife. Feel complete privacy with no other houses in view yet easy access to all local attractions. Close to world class flyfishing at Eleven Mile Canyon, Eleven Mile Reservoir, Spinney Mountain Reservoir and the Dream Stream.
The interior features 1900 sq ft with vaulted ceilings and large picturesque floor to ceiling windows in the spacious living room. A stone accent gas fireplace with 50" plasma TV above, completes the space. The home is superior in quality, featuring warm colors and comfortable furnishings. With the open concept, it is cozy enough for 2, but roomy enough for the whole family. You’ll enjoy cooking your meals in the large, modern, well stocked kitchen or grilling on the deck. Enjoy the Views from the 3 tiered deck or stargaze after a long day of outdoor activities in the 6 person Hot Tub.

As long time pet owners we would love for you to be able to bring your 4 legged family member along. Please advise us of the number and breed of dog you would plan to bring as we do have some restrictions and house rules that allow us to keep our home in pawsitive shape.

We do keep the driveway well plowed of snow in the winter, however the driveway has a few ups and downs, so we do recommend a 4 wheel drive for the winter and spring months.

Best rest in years!! Lovely, well equipped kitchen, clean throughout, beautiful scenery wherever you look and even had some deer visit and peering thru windows saying "hello". Our gurlz (dogs) loved going out and exploring too. Didn't even have enough time to use the hot tub. Thx for the great vacation spot!

We had such a great stay in this home - it was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was really well furnished, and the property is beautiful. Highlight was watching the hummingbirds on the front porch with our coffee in the morning :)

Our family really enjoyed staying here! Everything was as described, and the location was beautiful! Some things we really appreciated were the cleanliness of the home, and we enjoyed doing our own cooking in the well stocked kitchen! The host was responsive with any questions and always helpful. The house was bigger than what we needed (just 2 of us) but very glad we picked this property. Excellent location. Close enough to Woodland Park for all our grocery/shopping needs. And very close to the fun outdoor activities which brings us to Colorado in the 1st place. Owner/manager was very attentive and helpful. We highly recommend Beaver Lodge!

Perfection!

We stayed 4 nights at Beaver Lodge and could not have been happier. The house was very clean and the location was just what we were looking for. Secluded but easy to get to. Lots of room both inside and out! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals and even had an assortment of spices and odds and ends in the cabinets. The hot tub was a nice added touch as well. Our kids enjoyed the variety of games and movies provided as well. The beds were comfortable but the pillows left us with a stiff neck. Luckily, the second night we found additional pillows in the closet and those helped! If you sleep with the windows open you can hear the traffic from the highway nearby but that didn’t keep us from sleeping. All the hiking and sightseeing we did wiped us out. The shower gets really hot, which was great! Highly recommend Beaver Lodge!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. My hubby is so picky, but even he said this was the best vaca rental we've ever been to! It was so clean, the windows were gorgeous but they have the tug down blinds to keep the afternoon heat out. There is no AC but opening up the windows to let the air in was heavenly! I loved finding new places to explore with my senior dog. she can't do long hikes, and not everywhere is doggo friendly so this was the perfect arrangement. She loved it too! The wifi worked pretty good too. There is also a little ranch with horses at the bottom of the hill. We loved walking all the way down in the morning to see them! The beds were comfy and we had a great time using the grill which is really clean. There were plenty of spices and condiments too. We had such a great time here and we hope to return again! Definitely no regrets!

Perfection! Wonderful home, EPIC VIEWS, EPIC SUNSETS,peaceful and quiet! This is a MUST stay home! Owner response was great and very helpful. The surround sound is a nice bonus too!! Exploring the property makes you feel as if you own the entire place! Lots to do without ever leaving.

Nice retreat

We had a nice quiet stay. enjoyed the hot tub and quiet surrounding, yes we could see Hwy 24 and sometimes hear the trucks but that didn't bother us at all. Easy check in and out. It was worth the stay and I would definitely stay again. Thank you again to the hosts

Gorgeous, well stocked, spacious

The property and location are absolutely stunning. Inside the home is clean, comfortable and beyond accommodating! We traveled with a 1.5 year old and were so grateful to discover the hosts provided a baby gate, high chair, and even more child friendly amenities Basically anything you could possibly need was supplied in the house! We absolutely would love to stay here again!
