You will love your stay in our beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, fully furnished & clean, 1,337 square foot townhouse built in 2017 in a safe neighborhood. We offer a full kitchen with appliances (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker), washer/dryer in unit, queen sleeper in the living room, cable TV, flat screen TV (in living room), WiFi, baby crib, & dining area. Also, this is a strict non-smoking house.

Pikes Peak or Bust

It was a nice - sized townhouse with 3 bedrooms upstairs. It had all the amenities needed for a family vacation. It didn' t have any yard and the garage was too small for our minivan.

Very roomy, clean. Host responded quickly to a few issues that came up. Cost more than expected with cleaning and hostess fee but I understand people need to make a profit. Very easy access with key code. Thank you

Great choice for Col Springs

We were thoroughly pleased with our stay! The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities from soap, shampoo, snacks and more. This was a great location and a short drive to everything we wanted to see: Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Downtown, and Cheyenne State Park. While our car wouldn’t fit in the single garage, we never had a problem parking close to the unit. Highly recommend!

Comfortable townhome in a great location

My husband, my son and I visited my other son for a few days and stayed here. The townhome was perfect and in a great location. Everything was clean, well decorated and the price was affordable. The owners were easy to reach and responded to questions quickly. They left a basket of goodies and a binder of things to do and places to eat at. I would definitely stay again!

Great stay

We stayed here for a wedding in town. It was right off the freeway and in a good location. Simple stores close by. The house is simple and clean. It had all the accessories needed to make meals and eat there. The 3 bathrooms was a plus for our family of 7. Beds were cozy and warm. There was only 1 tv which was a little hard and the garage was extremely small, but made it easy to load and unload. Overall a great price and clean home. Thank you Tracy!

Great Place for the Price...

Really great place for the price. Comfortable and clean. Well equipped. Owners were in contact and always responsive. A few notes: 1 - Garage will not fit most cars. Pretty small, but I expected that so no biggie for us. 2 - Master suite has no door to the bathroom (floorplan setup, not a removed door). Not a big deal for us, but some won't like that lack of bathroom privacy. 3 - It's a little "out there" in location, but honestly it's very accessible to I25 and a quick drive anywhere. Don't let that deter you! You won't regret renting this property.

New property with everything you need. Easy access to all tourist destinations. As seniors the stairs were a chore with suitcases but that’s are issue. Using a Tv without cable was a learning experience but once we figured it out it was great. Thanks for a beautiful place to stay.

Nice roomy place to stay

This townhouse was just what we wanted. It had all the utensils we needed plus air conditioning. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and answered in a timely manner. Easy access to the major streets too.
