We have plenty of comfortable dining space! Everyone can sit at a table at one time! Large groups can eat comfortably at our dining room and kitchen tables.

Relax in multiple seating areas inside and outside, including two living rooms, an outdoor deck and a patio under a pergola, and a covered front porch.

Close to many of our area's major tourist attractions, this stunning home makes vacation planning easy!

The yard is a sun-dappled retreat with hot tub, trees, pergola, deck, and bbq grill.

Situated in a tree-lined neighborhood, this home is loaded with both modern amenities like central AC as well as historic beauty.


Guest Access: The main 5 bedroom house, front porch, and the entire fenced in backyard with deck and hot tub are unshared space, completely for our guests' usage.

The host and her husband or family friends will occasionally use the carriage house in the back of the property. The carriage house is a separate residence with the entrance off the alley.

We have exterior motion sensitive cameras and doorbells located on the front, back and basement doors of the main house. One camera is near the side door of the carriage house, and one is by the garage door of the carriage house.
