For the safety and comfort of all our guests, a short Waiver is required to be signed prior to arrival. This waiver covers the use of the hot tub, any recreational equipment, and general property liability. It is quick and easy, ensuring everyone understands the house rules and safety guidelines. Guests will receive the waiver upon booking, and completion is required before check-in. If the guest chooses not to sign the agreement but still proceeds with the booking, this shall be interpreted as their implicit acceptance of the policies outlined.
