Beautiful home! Everything was accurate as stated and we were very pleased with the property and location. Easy access to all our nearby hiking destinations. We'd book this property again!
Cute bungalow perfect for us needing to be close to UCHealth Memorial Hospital. Busy area, but very quiet at night. Very nice amenities and host was very responsive. Thank you J and J for a great experience.
The cottage was clean and comfortable. Our family of four adults had plenty of space. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking utensils, the bath amenities were of good quality and the beds were comfortable.
The property manager was responsive to our questions and requests.
Great neighborhood within walking distance to downtown
Joanna was great with her communication through out the processes responding quickly to our concerns prior to our visit and confirming our arrival was uneventful. The apartment was very spacious and clean when we arrived and everything is depicted correctly in the pictures. Joanna also had provided snacks for the visit in the kitchen which were amazing after a long flight and a Brita water pitcher in the fridge filled and ready. I understand why there is an age requirement after visiting as Joanna has a lot of antiques on display throughout the rental, although it would be nice to return to the same location with our two kids in the future (6 and 10). Parking is on the street, but was able to get a spot right in front of the house almost every time we returned except for one day there was a graduation party near by.
The neighborhood is great, quiet at night and minimal traffic throughout the day. My wife and I walked around the neighborhood in the morning and enjoyed the tree lined roads and quite atmosphere. We also took time to walk downtown one day and enjoyed a few of the businesses downtown, the walk was a little long but was very comfortable.
The only real complaint or warning I would give is that due to the antiques and some older books in the apartment there is a bit of an musty/grandparent's home smell to it. I would smell the musty/grandparent's home smell only when I initially came in to the apartment and I would quickly get used to it.
As stated before I would stay at this location again, the only limitation would be if our children were traveling as well because they do not meet the age requirements.
My boyfriend and I had an awesome experience at this little bungalow house. Joanna was really friendly and helped with everything we needed while we were there, even worked with me on pushing back the dates due to my boyfriend breaking his ankle. The bungalow was welcoming and homey. I loved the front porch and the backyard hang out space. We will definitely be coming back!
In the middle of summer this home is the perfect escape. The Owners are very responsive. The house is wonderfully equipped and very accommodating. Thank you for giving me a break from hotels!
Our family of 5 (kids 17/15/11) loved this as a home base for exploring Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. It is apparent the property is very well cared for. Very clean and well-stocked. Owners were extremely responsive to questions and helped immediately with any minor issues we encountered. Would definitely return.

A Gem!
This was a most comfortable two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home. It was clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space -- in fact quite a bit of space, living room, dining room and kitchen. The front porch was a favorite -- with a comfortable porch swing and couch. We couldn't have asked for a better place for the three of us. Could accommodate more. We loved the central location -- good for walking into downtown Colorado Springs and other places we discovered during our stay -- including the Good Neighbor Coffee Shop!
The owners are very nice, respectful of our privacy yet responsive to our needs. They always informed us of any activity taking place on the property.
We would definitely return. Joanna and Josh are wonderful to work with!

Welcoming and lovely bungalow
Our trip to Colorado Springs was a time for our group of four lifelong friends to have a relaxing get away and this bungalow was a wonderful choice for our accommodations. The house was so well kept and charmingly decorated. The location was very centrally located to many of the sights to see in and around Colorado Springs. Joanna Duke, the owner, was easy to work with and was very attentive to any needs we had. We would absolutely stay here again if our plans ever bring us back to this area.

Lovely
We arrived on the property expecting one bedroom with living room, kitchen, and bathroom. To our delight our hosts had just finished adding in a bedroom with bathroom on suite. The house was lovely. I felt an immediate sense of peace when we walked in the door. The house was equipped with every thing we needed. Our hosts were very nice and certainly there to assist with questions if needed. My husband sat out on the porch every evening and the neighbors on both sides came over to say Hi. We walked and jogged around the neighborhood. We jogged to the yoga studio and took a class. There are two good health food stores within a short distance. We were there to relax and visit with our son at the Air Force Academy. It was great! Thank you Joanna and Joshua.
