MOUNTAIN CLIMATE & WINTER PREP • Summer Cooling: At 8,200 feet, we let nature do the cooling. There is no A/C. Simply open the windows to let the crisp alpine air flow through. • Winter Heating: High-efficiency heating system keeps the entire cabin perfectly toasty plus a wood burning fireplace. • Winter Access: 4WD/AWD vehicle is required during winter snowy months.
THE SECLUDED RETREAT VIBE Total privacy and tranquility. We are deep enough in the woods that the only "noise" you’ll hear is the wind in the pines. Moose, deer, turkeys, and the occasional black bear are our regular neighborhood visitors!
