You will have access to the studio room which includes a living/kitchenette area, a bedroom and an ensuite bath. No access is allowed to any other part of home.
Other things to note
We (my wife and I) live upstairs. We are very respectful, quiet, and easy going. Loud talking /noises might be heard in other parts of the house so please keep noise down after 9 pm. We will do the same!
You can come and go as you please through your own private entrance. The keypad is located outside so no key needed.
