"The outside of the building is not clean and it feels clustered. Rooms are small "

"The property it was very good stuff. It was very good. Only thing missing it no organization in the room and no breakfast. That’s the only down part."

"The property is old and is in need of an update. There appears to be black mold on the rim of the sinks and in the showers. The lighting is dim, and overall just feels rundown. The hotel boasts itself as pet-friendly, however, there's a sign in the lobby that states pets may not be left in the room unattended. This didn't affect my stay, but I imagine it could affect others. Something else to note was the fact that I was sent up to a room that belonged to someone else. Within 15 minutes of my alerting the front desk of this, they had sent another guest to the same occupied room that I was originally sent to. Finally, the hotel boasts 'Premium Channels' in regard to the tv. There was no menu on the tv, no way to figure out what was on without going through the 50+ channels, no way to pay for upgraded movies, and no way to stream on the tv. Seemed very antiquated. This was the least of my worries, but seems worth noting for future guests knowledge. Overall, the property left a 'bit to be desired'."

"Bathroom door would not shut. Cold valve water would not turn on in shower. Paint all over floor. Sink was disgusting. Property had trash all over. Pool area was filled with cigarettes butts all over. Only one ashtray for the pool area. All you smelled at the pool was pot. Would never go again. "

"The front desk attendant was real friendly and helpful. My room wasn't what I expected for $200 for the night and I won't be staying there again. It felt more of like a motel compared to a suite. "

"The room was cleaner and better than I thought it would be. I traveled with my mom she was very happy with the room and the lower level floor the overnight front desk provided. The hotel staff did not clean the room everyday which was a bit disappointing but definitely not a deal breaker. The morning breakfast buffet was pretty good but after 2-3 days it became very bland, no bacon or different options every other day. We did love the Pancake maker it was great, might have to search for a mini version. My mom loved the option of having Spanish/English church service on Sunday as she was not able to attend her own. There was a staff member Maria Jose that I gave her a very good tip to share with her coworkers, not sure if she was able to split with the other kitchen assistant. All an All, I was very delighted going to the Holiday Inn. Thank you!"
