"Dirty bedding, bedding so stained/ dirty a transfer to a new room was necessary. Loud banging AC fan units in rooms. "

"No refrigerator or microwave in room. They were partying in the parking lot. Smoking and drinking and loud. Mattress was worn out. "

"Older hotel but well kept and clean. A few areas could use some attention, but overall pleasant. Front desk staff person was very friendly and welcoming. Nice pool, but it was too chilly to use it while we were there."

"Perfect Vacation for our family of 8! Kevin, the host was super responsive to my questions before during and after my booking. The house is even better than the pictures. Perfect layout for adults and teenagers. Plenty of space to cook, eat and lounge together. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, pots pans, utensils, cutting board, coffee maker etc...The heated pool is very big and enjoyable. The jets work great. Theres alot of seating by the pool and the grill worled great for our Saturday cookout for my sons 18th Birthday party. There were enough kayaks for all of us and it was perfect weather for our perfect getaway! Loved the fenced in yard as well, i knew my little dog was safe there. We will definetely be back to this house...already looking to book it again! Location is perfect! Thanks Kevin!!!"

"Great place! Had a wonderful stay. Great outdoor area with both sun and shade. Pool was great and especially enjoyed the large screened in area on the second level which was great for morning coffee, meals and sootting manatees. Area on canal just off the main river was good too. Saw manatees most everyday and even dolphins a couple of times. Highly recommend."
