"Didn't receive a balcony room but got placed in a handicapped room which disappointed me. The plumbing was antiquated. Apparently they were overbooked or full and my reservation wasn't important to them . Out of two elevators which were inadequate, one was out of service half the time "

"Every area we visited or stayed in was clean and fresh. The continental breakfast area was amazing! The staff were so welcoming."

"The toilet in my room was not operating properly but I did mentioned it to the staff and they put a ticket in for the maintenance department. Hopefully they will get that fixed before the next guest. "
