"The gentleman that works the desk in the evening is awful. Expedia didn't confirm my reservation with the hotel even tho I prepaid through Expedia and the gentleman had no care in the world and told me there was nothing he could do. I had to sit there and look stupid pulling reservations codes and documents saying I paid for the nights for him to finally look into the hotel email to find my reservation... once that was taken care of he gave us the room and it was an okay room but had no microwave or fridge and I booked the room for 4 nights with two kids.. found out there was rooms (empty) that had both a microwave and fridge.. annoyed was the mood, breakfast was okay but not enough space for everyone to sit and you can't take the food items outta the breakfast year. Pool was nice but freezing when we were there but it was the end of January. Would I stay there again no... "

"Overall it was a good stay. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Shout out to the older Asian looking gentleman (wasn’t able to get his name), our server at Sunshine cafe. He was probably the best server we’ve ever had. Food at the restaurants are just ok. They are, in my opinion quite pricey. The hotel is old. Our door won’t shut all the way. Sink was clogged but the got it fixed immediately. Shuttle service to the theme parks was great. If you missed the shuttle, you can walk to the park and back to the hotel. We will definitely stay there again."

"I booked the connected room for my daughter and myself and it worked out perfectly. Both rooms were super clean and they were connected by an adjoining bathroom. I would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was clean but misleading that I thought the rooms had balcony’s but there is no access to the balcony’s because when they renovated the hotel they made them in accessible. The restaurant food and service was not impressive making the higher rate we paid only beneficial for its proximity to the arena ."

"WITH ALL THE LARGE BRAND HOTELS BOOKED FOR A CONVENTION THIS WAS ONE OF THE LAST OPTIONS. EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT WAS DUE TO SUPPLY AND DEMAND. NOT FOR EVERYONE BUT IT WAS SECURE, THE BED WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, AND PLENTY OF HOT WATER"
