"We were disappointed with our stay and left early, forfeiting our second night because the noise was unbearable. The property photos are extremely misleading. Balconies appear to face a peaceful forest, but actually overlook a busy highway with constant traffic, loud mufflers, honking, barking dogs, and roosters crowing at all hours. "This place has two parts, the hotel and a hostel, I stayed in the private room of the hostel part, it wasn’t very good, but the whole place is very nice, like an oasis with a lot of plants, the hotel Part would be very nice."

"This property should be listed on Airbnb, it is not a hostel/hotel, it's more like a spare room in someone's home. There's nothing nearby. It was a saviour during semana santa, but otherwise not a particularly good place to stay. That being said the people were lovely, and the room was decent for the price."

"The grounds were lovely with great views of both the volcanoes. There was weddings that were happening there with photo shoots and I can see why, it is very pretty. The breakfast that was part of the stay was really tasty. We even had dinner there which was excellent. It was a BBQ platter for 2 (highly recommend…) The receptions desk was very friendly and helpful. They even gave suggestions about where to go for lunch and directions to places we wanted to see.
