Large condo with excellent AC. Bathrooms poorly maintained. Could use a deep clean. Washing machine wasnt working. Can hear outside noise from traffic. Great view of the beach past road and railway.

Place was not clean, airconditioning unit started leaking and made floor wet. We requested an iron and took 5 hours to get it. At first they told us breakfast was included but then charged us after we ate.

I used to stay here most when I am in Colombo. Only thing inside the building needs to be renovated soon particularly the windows, doors & bathrooms.

Staff were very friendly. The room was large and serviced daily. My only complaint would be the swimming pool, it was under the 1st floor of rooms and open to the outside , this encouraged blackbirds to fly in and settle on the pipes above the swimming pool. Not very healthy. Some netting around the open areas would have stopped this.

スイートルームを予約したはずが

113m2のスタンダードアパートメントを予約したのに、ベッドルームとバスルーム以外は他の宿泊客と共用でした。設備も全体的にくたびれているのに修繕されておらず、とてもじゃないけど4つ星ホテルのクオリティではありません。オーシャンビューは素晴らしいですが、同価格帯のコロンボ中心部のホテルの方が満足度は高いと思います。
