「Starting with positives, communication was excellent, very helpful, easy to work with and fixed all issues in a timely manner! Reasons i will choose other places over this home: had to fill out rental agreement and give large deposit which i find most properties don't require and ties up money for a couple months, not a huge deal but an inconvenience. 「We saw multiple mice during our three-day stay. When we contacted the host, he said this happens and he already knew about it, and there was poison in the kitchen. He never apologized or offered to make it right. We ended up leaving early due to the number of mice that we saw.
