Send 2 rooms 38 m² attic apartment in a quiet 6 parties house. Apartment is well suitable for fair visitors, tourists or for mechanics. The apartment is located on the edge of Leverkusen to a nearby forest where you can walk well, go jogging or cycling. Shops can be reached by car in less than 10 min. After Cologne or Dusseldorf you are minutes in about 30 minutes. Motorway access to A 1 or A 3 you do not need 10 minutes. The apartment has been modernized in 2014 and is the newest standard. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment. Wireless Internet is available as well as TV in living room and bedrooms.

Gut! Die Ferienwohnung im 2. OG als Dachgeschoß eines ruhigen 6-Parteien-Hauses war zweckmäßig ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Die Straße kennt nur morgens und abends eine kurze Rush-Hour mit Schulbusverkehr, sonst ist es eher ruhig. Von der Bahnlinie (Güterstrecke) und der Autobahn A3 bekommt man geräuschtechnisch nur wenig mit. In Richtung der Bahnlinie und der Autobahn sind auch nette Spazier- oder Jogging-Runden entlang der Wupper oder durch die Reusrather Felder möglich. Entlang der Straße in Richtung Leichlingen / Langenfeld sind schnell ein EDEKA + REWE und zwei gute, handwerkliche Bäcker erreichbar; Richtung Opladen, Bonner Str. sind ein LIDL + ALDI und eine Aral-Tankstelle verfügbar. Die Lage im Norden von Leverkusen-Opladen mit der Anbindung an den ÖPNV mit den Linien 255 + SB 25 vor der Türe (Haltestelle Sandstr.), an den SPNV (RB 48 + RE 7 ab Bahnhof Opladen oder S 6 und RX 5 ab Leverkusen-Mitte) und das Autobahn-Netz (A3. A1, A59) ist ideal, wenn neben Leverkusen und den umliegenden Städten auch die Großstädte Köln und Düsseldorf erreicht werden sollen. Die Lage eignet sich auch gut für den Besuch von Sport- und Kulturstätten (BayArena, LanXessArena, Müngersdorfer Stadion, Philharmonie, Dom, Museen) sowie den großen Messeplätzen in Köln, Düsseldorf und Essen.

Bierbörse in Opladen

War zur Bierbörse in Opladen da. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit den Öffentlichen ist einfach super des weiteren gib es einen schönen Spazierweg entlang der Wupper der gemütlich und kühl ist.

Appartement trés trés propre, lumineux, bien équipé. Très bon accueil et cadeaux sur notre lit. Nous recommandons à toutes les personnes désirant séjourner aux environs de Cologne. A moins de 5 minutes en voitures vous trouverez des restaurants et magasins.

Eine saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Freundlicher Vermieter. Wlan vorhanden, ebenso wie alle relevanten Küchenutensilien. Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Urlaub.
