It was such a great experience. Everyone was so attentive, from reception to restaurant. Walkable to main area and safe. Easy to get to from main train station (i recommend walking and not getting 24 day ticket for transport unless you go far) Thank you again!

Cozy hotel and area, huge rooms!

The hotel was very cozy and the location, too! The rooms are way bigger than most hotels and this price range. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s close to the main station and a few more minutes to the musical theater, cathedral and old town of Cologne. The neighborhood is very quiet, and despite there being construction in front of our room, you barely even notice the sounds from it. Lots of places to eat around the hotel and lots of grocery stores nearby, too.

Super nice hotel.

Best hotel we stayed at on our trip to cologne and cochem, The bed was so comfortable, pillows good and such a pretty inviting room. We had a bathtub which filled very quickly. Hotel close to the cologne main train station. Hotel staff very friendly. Loved this hotel. Next time in cologne, we are staying here.

Good hotel in general

Great location, friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, quiet neighborhood and stylish interior. View of the Cathedral from the higher floors. Only down side during our stay was the housekeeping. Simply not very good job on cleaning the room before and during our usage. The sauna was out of order during our stay.

Does the job

The hotel was very clean and beds comfortable however the staff are quite hit and miss and not very knowledgeable about the local area. A few of the lightbulbs in the bedroom were not working which I asked to be replaced but didn’t happen. The shower is in the bath so exiting is not great if you are either small or unsteady on your feet as there are no grab rails and the floor is quite slippery when wet

We visited this hotel for 2 nights in December for a Christmas markets trip with our 2 young children. It is a 10 minute walk from the central station and cathedral and the area is very quiet. We had an early flight and arrived at the hotel very early for check in. Unfortunately our room wasn't ready earlier than the check in time, but the member of staff that we spoke to was so friendly and helpful, giving us tips on where we could go locally. We were able to store our bags for free in the lockers provided. We were really impressed with the room set up. We had a main bedroom and then a separate lounge area. One of the TVs wasn't working unfortunately, but the one that was working had all the apps available for us to use. The hotel provided 2 cot beds for our children, which they found very comfortable. There wasn't any towels in the room when we first arrived, but this was immediately rectified when we asked. We had breakfast included in our stay. The quality and range of things available was great, we all really enjoyed it. One of the members of staff brought over a box of toys for our daughter, which she absolutely loved. Overall a very pleasant stay.

なれない言葉でも、親切に対応いただいて気持ちが良い感じでした。 部屋の空調が、高すぎ低すぎの反応が少し鈍いのと、明かりが少しくらいのは、お国柄？ 全般的には、安心して過ごせました。 若干、駅から少し歩くのと、近くにコンビにてきなものは見つからないですが、静かで良いところでした。

Große Zimmer. Dusche in der Badewanne war nicht so toll, da die Schutzscheibe viel zu klein ist und der Einstieg in die Wanne relativ hoch ist. Ansonsten war das Zimmer top, Bett bequem, großer Fernseher, Nespresso-Maschine (original Kapseln wären besser, die vorhandenen Kapseln waren nicht so gut.) Frühstück war nicht gut, sehr wenig Auswahl, lange Wartezeit für Rührei, das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht ansprechend. Für eine Nacht war es top, aber für längere Zeit würde ich ein anderes Hotel wählen. Einrichtung und Ambiente waren schön

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Personal sowohl am Empfang als auch beim Frühstück war immer sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Dom braucht. Frühstück war in Ordnung, könnte aber mehr Auswahl sein für den Preis. Alles in einem aber sehr empfehlenswert :)

Generally good and clean. A few things makes me lower the rating 1. A little out maintenance - one room the AC controller was broken, the other room is missing fridge and they refuse the change room. 2. Even "do not disturbed" was put out, the cleaning lady still get in the room, this is a big no-no 3. During the 3-stay, there was a wedding post party from 1 am - 3 am with annoying bass that disturbed our rest. 4 out of 5 people in our group were badly affected by that. The property has the potential to be much better, seems management problem to me. Friendly does not help the bad property management problems.

Great hotel for families & close to Koln Hbf

Great hotel very close to Koln Hbf and the city centre. Our room overlooked a quiet courtyard and was a family room with two separate bedrooms (a very welcome change from the usual double bed and sofa bed in one room that is available at many other hotels). The buffet breakfast had a great selection and the standalone restaurant in the hotel building looked very good although we didn't eat there.
