About this space
This is a 30-day plus rental property only. Perfect if you are needing a place for just a short time. The Studio is nestled behind a 1940's bungalow in the Collierville Historic District. Just a short stroll to the Historic Collierville Square, you will find shopping, dining, a museum, and plenty of history. Located near Hospitals, FedEx Hqtrs & Tech Campus, & 40 min to Blue Oval City. The Studio is in a charming area that has easy access to Germantown and Memphis. 25 min to the MEM airport.
The space
The Studio is a spacious one room studio which looks out into a beautiful and peaceful outdoor area. There is no washer and dryer, but there is a laundry mat 5 minutes away. The huge trees shade the area so that even during the South's hot summers, it is quite comfortable to sit outside to enjoy a glass of wine or iced sweet tea. The Studio offers a nice patio with a bar and table and chairs. The Studio is less than a 10 minute walk to the Collierville Town square where you find shopping and wonderful restaurants.
Guest access
Guests have access to the outdoor area including swing under the grape vine arbor. If you would like to have a small gathering in the outdoor area, I am happy to help make this happen. The parking is the main thing that needs some planning. So if you would like to host an event, please just contact me and we will work it out. I can recommend caterers if needed.

The Studio has a coffee maker, French Press, blender, and microwave. I do have a charcoal grill on the Main house patio, you are welcome to use it if you would like to cookout.

I am a yoga teacher and can arrange for group or private yoga classes at our beautiful yoga studio on the square, the backyard is also an amazing space to practice yoga and meditation.
Other things to note
The house is on the main street through town. There is no street parking and parking can be an issue if too many vehicles. I have one car and limit renters cars to two.
