The only thing I didn't like was that the shower door didn't close completely, and the day before I checked out, I asked the reception to call a taxi the next morning, but it was not communicated to the staff and was forgotten. 「Nice clean room. We had planned on staying for dinner after a long driving day but there were multiple events and no availability for reservations. The staff made us reservations at a restaurant in Sulmona which was a short drive away, we ended up having a wonderful dining experience. Nice hotel」

「Both rooms we rented had a very strong moldy smell. If we had another option we would have left Most of the plugs in the room didn’t work. The phone didn’t work. I seen an employee in the hall and let him know. He came in and looked and left and never came back. They knew and just didn’t care. The door knob kept sticking and we got stuck in the room and couldn’t call the front desk. My husband finally got it to work. Overall the smell was so bad iit was unbearable If we just rented one room...
