It was a cheap stay and close to bars and restaurants. Front office was in room 106, so checking in was a little different. We learned from a uber driver that this property had a fire last year (10/2025) that burned a part of the front area which explained why front office was in a room.

I only gave four stars for the last two as they are undergoing renovations however the staff is friendly and the manager/owner is fair and he does go above and beyond for his guests. It is good for the price and the location is very convenient to many restaurants ,retailers, and entertainment and recreation.

The hotel was clean, but undergoing renovations. The guy at the front desk was helpful and very nice. The problem I had is that the shower didn't drain very well nor did the sink. For 2 people, we got 1 towel and 1 hand towel. We didn't ask for more because we were just there for 1 night, but 2 people should be 2 towels.

The main office was closed we had to go register at room 106. Of all the construction going on, my vehicle ended up with a flat tire. The mattress in my room seemed that it was old and very used up because the middle of it was sunk in. The website for this hotel had pictures that didn’t match the availability. There’s also a discrepancy in the amount charged by the hotel and Expedia.

They say that breakfast is available, however it definitely is not!! That is one of the main things i consider when booking a room, so i was very disappointed to learn this. I wouldnt have booked here had i known. Also there is no working ice machine on the property at all.. very disappointed

Property was under construction, there was trash and materials everywhere. There was also construction workers there working in some of the rooms which you could hear. There was no front office so you had to check in through a side room. When we got to our room it was not clean the bathroom was dirty and there were no clean towels, bath towels or hand towels. Also the top lock on the door was broken, so wet couldn’t lock the front lock and there was holes at the bottom of the door that we had to block when slept because we were afraid bugs would come through.

First off ignore the negative reviews of what people say, it is a budget motel so it is going to not be what people think is a five-star Hilton but for the price it is pretty good and Sonny and his employees go above and beyond for their guests I feel safer at this place than I do it any other motel. Also the rates are some of the cheapest around town and it is a very convenient location and close to a lot of restaurants, retailers, gas stations in parks.

There was minimal parking due to the construction going on which also meant checking in at the “Office” was in one of the rooms. Our room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette butts littered all around the parking area. The picture on the small TV was messed up, but still functioning. On a positive note, all of the sheets and towels smelled clean and the bed was comfortable.

Yes, the area was well kept and nice when first walked in. Good clean smell to the room, appliances was clean and ready for use. Close to everything and the breakfast is emgood and early, a good selection. Good place.

The pictures on Expedia are old and do not represent the current condition of the property. Property is being remodeled. It should not be open during this. Lobby is blocked off and not serving breakfast. While my room had been remodeled and updated the new tv and cable box only worked the first night after I complained. When I checked in there was a smoke detector chirping in an adjacent room and could be heard from my room. It took 1 1/2 days for that to be fixed. First night was miserable. Exterior and all common areas have peeling paint and some level of disrepair. I stayed for three nights and never had any housekeeping service. No bed making, clean towels, sweeping or trash disposal. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Everything was absolutely spotless and beautiful and clean the only bad thing that I experience was the mattress had a huge dip in it but I slept very little but I slept on the side of that, but everything else was absolutely perfect and clean and sparkling and welcoming, and my stay really was a good one

Location felt unsafe. Room smelled of weed and the motel was under construction. Nothing of what the picture depicts. We were there less than 30 mins before checking out and finding somewhere else to stay.
