The place was ok, the beds were a bit hard. The bathroom was very small but it was clean. Check in was a little weird. I’ve stayed at nicer quality inns, this one was a bit too basic but it was good for 1 night and fairly inexpensive

The room had some bugs in it and long hair seemed to be in the bathroom like it wasnt cleaned completely. Other than that the checkin was easy, the parking was plentiful. The non smoking room was okay for 1 night.

The kindness of the staff is awesome. Their professionalism is impeccable. Housekeeping smiles and is attentive. The server at breakfast keeps the area clean and filled up. Fine place to rest your head

Overall, this was fine and I would stay again if I was just looking for a place to crash for the evening (which I was!). I was able to check in early which I very much appreciated, staff was courteous, cost was very reasonable, and I liked the proximity of the IHOP and public transit. My complaints are that the walls were very thin and you could hear everything from outside your room, the TV did not work well, and the vending machine room looked like it had never been attended to and did not feel very safe.

convenient but a little noise due to construction early on a sunday. partying at night in a nearby room ruined my wife's sleep. didnt bother me. room very nice but property shows wear and tear.what does one expect though for $78-127 just outsude d.c. a very handy ihop on the property!

the highway divider made it dfficult to turn in drive when coming from the north. hd to Uturn or use neighboring driv e to get in. good hotel breakfast IHOP next door good. small strip mall up the hill alittle came reccomended from family member. not enough room for feet when closing or opening door in batrroom from the inside.

Needs improvement

The furniture was in very poor condition and the floor was very dirty. The positive aspects were the bathrooms was very clean, the water was hot, the bed was comfortable and the heat worked well.

The good thing was the room was clean. The staff up front was not helpful seemed more interested in playing on his cell phone then checking us in. Not much of a choice on breakfast but if you just need a place to crash and sleep, this inn will work for you.

The staff was very nice. Hopefully they will send my gloves that were left in the room (I think they fell behind the wood furniture). They did provide me with an extra blanket, as requested (THANK YOU). The room was very expensive and I had a dirty was of tissues in my tissue box. I took a picture of if.

Room was better than some reviews here write. It was clean, the bed was fine, everything worked. There are indeed some noisy and sketch-looking types sometimes in the parking lot. Friendly breakfast tips: (1) Don't believe the 2-1/2 minute timer on the waffle-maker. They come out with partly raw batter. Instead, let your waffle cook 3 or 3-1/2 minutes. (2) When they run out of stuff (syrup for waffles, yogurts), INSIST the front desk clerk tell the assistant to get more. They don't like to be bothered. (3) Although breakfast is officially till 9 am, they start taking down stuff 10-15 minutes early. So, get there by then if you want breakfast.

The first encounter was a bit offsetting, with a thick window separating the counter, and not able to understand through the 1" gap. Had I been a walk-in, I probably would have avoided. Truck noise was annoying, with backup beeps offering an unrequested alarm clock. Breakfast was frugal. Fine for a single night while passing through. Good bed and hot shower.

The room was clean, (although the towels had stains) their were a lot of wear and tear on the walls, and the bathroom had wires not properly covered. Our garbage was never emptied and was overflowing when we left. We also had to find someone to bring us toilet paper. Staff in office not welcoming and not always in the office when we needed her (check in and check out) It was also hard talking to her through the bulletproof glass. The cleaning lady was very nice though.
