「The Parkhotel Matrei has some of the most attentive and friendly staff I’ve met. The hotel gave off “home” feelings and not commercial hotel. The convenience of a front parking lot, gas station & grocery nearby was great and the rooms were perfect size for me and my many bags, as well as a space for me to get my work done. I was also given a holiday gift bag because they knew I’d be alone for the holiday. Just a great place, words don’t do them justice. Definitely will be returning some day!」

「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming vintage hotel with its rich history and authentic atmosphere. The view of the mountains was absolutely breathtaking and made breakfast a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, with a direct bus connection to Innsbruck city center and a stop right outside the hotel. The property has a delightful vintage character, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both comfort...

「Es war einfach perfekt! Das Zimmer war wunderschön (ich empfehle definitiv das Zimmer mit eigener Sauna), die Angestellten immer freundlich und das Essen war sowohl zum Frühstück als auch abends hervorragend. Aktuell gibt es einige Bauarbeiten im Hotel, aber die haben uns nie gestört und das Hotel wird dadurch für zukünftige Gäste nur noch schöner. Wir kommen gerne wieder.」
